Bannockburn Neighbors Assisting Neighbors
Bannockburn Neighbors Assisting Neighbors (NAN) builds bridges between the generations, strengthens community connections and supports Bannockburn seniors wishing to age in place. We are committed to a vibrant community in which neighbors voluntarily assist one another. Filling out this form helps us sustain this commitment. We hope every family will complete this form.

All of us need an occasional helping hand, whether we’re seniors hoping to remain in the homes we’ve lived in for many years, overwhelmed parents having to be in too many places at the same time, or persons of any age recovering from an accident or illness.

Your information -- which will not be shared beyond Bannockburn -- will help NAN block coordinators identify members of the Bannockburn community who may need occasional assistance and the neighbors who would be willing to help meet such needs.
