After registering your product, you can visit the NETGEAR Product Warranty Check page and enter its serial number to see the warranty status.
Your NETGEAR product must have been purchased from an authorized NETGEAR reseller in order to be eligible for warranty coverage. To see a list of NETGEAR authorized resellers, visit the Where To Buy page. Warranty coverage is for the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Original proof of purchase is required to receive warranty service.
If your device does not have a serial number, it is a refurbished product. Refurbished business products cannot be registered, are not eligible for telephone support, and are only supported by email for thirty days from the date of purchase.
