Gstaad gifted Roger Federer with (another!) cow named Desirée in a ceremony today. Naturally, Twitter was the best place to go for reactions to the generous gift.

The cow will be MOOsic to Roger's ears….

I truly wonder what Fed does with those cows. Does he lend them to a farmer so it stays with other cows? Does he just keep it in his garden?

A cow and a GOAT on a tennis court. Now I've seen everything. All that's missing is a Fish.

It's going to be so awkward when Roger shows up in Gstaad next year with hamburgers for everyone.

For those wondering: No, we don't give each other cows for birthday or christmas in Switzerland…

is it an actual cow or is it Stefanie Voegele?

(Explanation here for the Voegele reference.)
“Now I need to find a garage for a cow, although I have no idea what a cow garage looks like." — Federer in 2003 upon receiving his 1st cow

I think Twitter has milked this cow stuff now…

Can we please have a debate between Roger Federer and Bart Simpson about the benefits and drawbacks of having a cow?
In 2003, Federer received the first cow, Juliette which did not produce milk after a few years and ended up to a slaughter house. The second cow, Desirée will be in the same fate. So, why do they give a cow to Federer?
Gstaad dairy industry uses a cow for their promotion. It’s irresponsible to give a cow to someone who can’t take care of it.
A cow is a living thing not a car. I am hugely upset about this cow thing.
