Sam Vaknin,gives a truly,accurate picture,as to the characteristics of "how to spot a psychopath". For all those battered,women(and children),sit up and take notice.This guy knows what he is talking about.The only thing Sam,omitted was this,A PSYCHOPATH CAN KILL YOU! and they will do it with a flourish. I am reminded of something that Elmore James wrote in one of his novels,"In these dark places", in it he says "Why do men,murder
women? (answer) Because they can."This type of person,tend to be incredibly,chauvinistic,control freaks,misogynists,moral cowards,amoral,compulsive liars.So women in particular,"Wake-up"to this kind,of predator.It could save your life!

I can see ur point about taking sam vaknin with a pinch of salt cos all psychopaths are liars but in my experience of just getting out a relationship with one, and its the only person I know to be one, 99 if not 100 % of what he says is true. In my case the person, if u can call them people, I was with had all traits of a narcissist, all but one of a borderline, most of a histrionic n all of a psychopath so I will say psychopath to round it off. I was a very Independent strong minded person before this relationship so one way to describe it so people understand why u are with and stay with people like this is they are experts at lying, manipulation, mind control, gaslighting etc. It's all done very discreetly until bam u think ur going crazy then it all clicks in place. Uv been brainwashed from day one. The only reason I figured mine out was wen we went on a so called break n got space to myself. Believe me it took months cos I'd never heard of pathological relationships. I told mine I knew wot he was n described to him symptoms of narcissism n borderline. N said that's u eh, feel like black hole inside, put on fake personality to lure people in then slowly destroy them. U no wot answer I got to that... wot are u now a psychologist n that s wen I knew for sure. Anyway denied he was any that next day. Told me he loved me soo much. Lol. Said he wanted fresh start n to move black in. I played him at his own game n said ok. He never did n I told him I was never lettin him bk anyway. I went bit crazy n txt him tellin him wot a sick ....t he is n how evil no God knows wot else then I went no contact n stuck to it. It's been 4 months n I've had non stop calls till I changed my no, now it's abuse by proxy n my daughter is bullied at school by his family. He turned up at door n I told him every single thing he lied about n wot truth really was. Begged me to take him black n I said no way n that was wen the abuse by proxy started. Everyone thinks he's the victim n it's all me. That's how good a liar they are. I've had police involved 3 times, changed all my locks, my phone no. I've now moved out cos he's capable of anything. He's not father to my kids thank God. No contact now for 4 months. I know the inevitable will happen it's just wen. I took control bk and exposed him. Dont no wot to expect now but no contact all the way

I think I better thank sam vaknin cos it was watching his videos on YouTube that got me out the relationship n stick to no contact. I'd advise anyone who's in or gas been In this kind of relationship or relationshiT. Get out now. No contact of any kind. Not even thru friends. It cud save ur life. I'm now suffering post traumatic stress disorder but I'm strong n will fight all the way
