First of all, I am a seasoned bike rider, instructor, and have been working on bikes since my youth. The purpose of my visit was to get a second opinion on my rear hub on my 29" Iron Horse that may have been defective. I been considering purchasing a better low end bike for a while. After meeting and sharing some of my personal experiences with Chris the owner he immediately took me to a bike that was very similar to some I had looked at before. He is a great listener and very knowledgeable about bikes. I am submitting a score of 5 star only because I don't have the option of scoring higher. This is a bike shop I recommend to anyone regardless of your experience. I purchased the Cannondale Trail 8.

Chris, the owner, helped me select a bike and a few things to get me going. He set everything up for me and even gave a discount on the extra items I bought. Fantastic shop service and a great price. I had an idea of what I wanted when I went in and Chris zoned in on the perfect bike and didn't try to upsell me at all. He was also super knowledgeable. I would recommend this store to everybody.

Excellent experience with Chris. He listened to where I was in my cycling and what issues I was having. Talked with me for a couple of days and even emailed me some bikes after I had left to ensure I had all the options he could give me. Found a bike that was everything I was wanting and in my price range.

Service is great, with a wide selection of high quality bikes at a lower price than I found at several other bike shops along with the accessories that one might like to add for safety and visibility. I would highly recommend this bike shop, 5 star rating in my opinion.
